Littlefish Pangaea Hugh Lovesy co-started Littlefish in 1995. He and business partner Chris Fraser were Third World aid workers with a background in community development. They saw a need to give Aboriginal communities financial control and designed a business to fill the gap, adapting big business reporting systems. "For us the key factor of being successful revolves around being really innovative, and secondly giving very high quality service to our clients and thirdly keeping that market well informed about what we do.” says Hugh. Littlefish Pangaea, an Alice Springs based small business
won the 2002 Telstra CountryWide Regional Incentive award and the 2002
NT Commonwealth Government Micro Business award. They are currently looking
